Our staff will strive to give every employee and their company's representative the assurance needed to work in a environment that provides continuous -teaching/coaching techniques and training. With follow up reporting and case data review, we promote:
- Safety Evaluation: conducted daily with interdepartmental support and feedback
- Safety Review: To review all findings with site supervisors or management
- Safety Observation: To give immediate feedback and coaching throughout each working shift
- Weekly Safety Review: To provide a goal orientation of the previous week's observations and a recap on what's deem best-practices versus non compliant practices
